How have you managed to successfully screw up this app where it comes to the frame tv. It has never worked properly- I have had my tv for 5 years now . I chose it specifically to display my photos and art work. This app has continually crashed. What is wrong with you developers? Make a seperate app for those of using the frame. Continuing to bash my head with this appallingly bad app is just so frustrating. This app is not fit for purpose. I can’t even post this without having to give it a star.

Most useless app ever

Worst app for the washer dryer. It's just an app that only had the option on the panel, no timed start, no options to customize, more over and the most ridiculous thing is you need to just send the instructions to the machine and then go to the machine to start the wash. What's the point of calling this smart when in fact it's the most dumbest app. Lear from home connect.

An extraordinarily laggy and slow app. Clearly nothing is cached and so each time you do anything at all, the app reloads everything from scratch. An incredibly poor user experience

Crashes regularly. Disconnects from TV if you navigate to another app. Won’t allow photos to show on TV as art even though permissions are set to “Full Access”. All online helps says generic “restart” messages. Yes on latest version.

Absolutely rubbish, nothing Smart about these things. Apps either take forever to load or don’t load at all. The app only acts as a remote, nothing more. Can’t remove or update apps… a quarter of the way through the 21st century I expect a lot more from one of the biggest tech companies in the world

It wouldn’t connect. Have to have an account and allow precise location access which is just weird. It’s solution to the connection issue was to turn it off and on again, no thanks. I am glad my washing machine works without this dumb app or I’d be wearing stinky clothes for the rest of my life.

Don’t bother using this app. Back in 2020 it worked fine but then updated. Now it simply will not connect. Support pages say remove and re-add but you can’t because you don’t have a choice for “yes it’s my tv” and the other options just say “already registered” so you can’t put it back. Support has never responded to any emails requesting this be resolved. Last time I buy and use Samsung.

One of the worst apps I've dealt with in a long time. Constantly won't let you click into the fridge for several clicks. Shopping list disappears on occasion and, after an upgrade, is now further clicks away. Get someone in that knows tech and redo this entire app to make it user friendly please!
