Snap Markup - Annotation Tool

Terrible app. No wonder they keep giving it away for free. Too clunky to be of any use. No editing of placed shapes. Limited assets. You can zoom in on your image but when you try to add anything it zooms back out. Don’t bother.

This is an excellent app but I have one problem. How do I save it?

Its a really useful app. Would like to see more fonts & the ability to hit enter and add a second, third line of text. Or maybe an option to pick font size so all lines of text are exact size.

It’s ridiculous, even after all this time developer has not bothered enabling the function where you can move the shape once it’s drawn! Being able to move the shape is a vital part of an app like this. This is pointless and useless. Don’t waste your time!!!

So far this app looks easy to use just getting started.

Try using this app to annotate and draw on a photo, using an Apple Pencil. Go on, try. Any slow movement with the pencil creates random, blocky lines, completely un-aliased. Basically unusable.

I chose this app because its functionality was what was missing from Apple Notes. When notes was updated, I thought it would make this redundant. I stopped using it for a while but found that I wanted to markup and crop pictures taken from within the notes app and it was a bit of a faff to do so with notes. So re-enter the once forgotten software, which does everything I want it to do and having done it, I can copy and paste into notes. Brilliant, absolutely brilliant.

This is not as "powerful" as developers claim. No ability to move shapes once drawn. No ability no re edit shapes once drawn. I only used it for a few minutes and was disappointed.....

Nice app for marking up and typing on photographs. Great selection of colours to choose from and easy to use.
