When I get a pile up of photos in my phone storage I like to take use of the 50 free prints per month. With a low price of $5.95 for delivery! Such a savings and quality never misses. Have never had a problem with snapfish and their products. If I ever need to print anything they are always my go to.

After sorting through hundreds of photos and creating a huge book - I tried to buy it but it will not change the country from Aus to NZ. Such a shame to lose all my work to upload and create my photo book and now I can’t transfer it to my web based account because it looks like the two applications are not synced? I have another book almost ready to buy and I can’t order due to a small issue with a bug in your app. At the address entry - it cannot change country. Please fix.

Very easy to use and have just started taking up the offer of free print - great to add to my nanny brag book

Every year I come back to this app to make my partner a book for Christmas, every year I think the app can’t be as bad as last year, surely they’ve made improvements? Wrong. It crashes constantly, is slow, clunky, and all round a nightmare. However, like I said, the finished product that gets delivered is superb, so I put myself through it every year. 5 stars for the product, 0 stars for the app.

Love this app the prints are cheap and good and if you have the app you get 50 free prints a month excluding delivery but that’s still a bargain anywhere else would be over 50$ it’s easy to use for anyone that has a basic understanding of phones really and the company is reliable thank you 🫶🏽

Snapfish is one of the simpler apps to use when it comes to prints! I love the free prints, absolutely amazing!! They’re also really quick to deliver. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you!

Great and easy to use! Sometimes doesn’t sinc with website. I find the 50 free prints aren’t the best quality. Overall the customer service is great at rectifying any issues. Easy app to use

Good app but more functionality via the website

I really like Snapfish but found the app to be rather useless. If I want to reorder a previous product or I start any product on the website then I have to complete it on the website. They want to entice you with 50 free photos a month but I have to do a separate order since I can’t actually add any of my products that I started prior to the app to the order, despite the app and website both saying you can access any project via app or web page. No point to the app if I have to redo all my work again and I was told there is no timeline on when this would be resolved, despite having this issue for 3 months already.
