SnipNotes Notebook & Clipboard

I have been using this terrific app for years now but overwealmingly it's best feature is that it works on the Apple Watch. The AW has always been missing a viable notes app and this fills that gap neatly. Imagine having your shopping list on your wrist as you travel the isles of your supermarket, to be able to tick items off as you go. This app is only as limited as your imagination. I love it and it only gets better.

Adding my love for this App. I went looking for an App that could present on my Apple Watch specific but important information about the various work processes, passwords, key phone numbers and other information that would often change and were not writable to my wetware. There were times when I didn’t want to pull out my iPhone every few minutes, and in front of patients who were often distressed and traumatised. With SnipNotes I could just look at my watch and tap it 3 times while I said: “I don’t want to rely on my memory; I need the facts”. My patients would often smile (rare but good) and many would ask about the App (momentary distraction; often helpful). But with the improvements to the latest version it has gone from being very useful to indispensable. From my Mac Studio, iPad Air, iPhone down to my 2 Apple Watches! No other App can do this. It is seriously just the best App ever created. Nothing to disclose.

I give this app 5 stars because it ticks all the boxes for me. This is the Notes app that Apple should have had for the Apple watch. In fact i have pretty much replaced Notes with this app.

This is undoubtedly one of the best apps I have ever used. Been searching for such over many years - as always, you find one that can do 90% of what you want, but not the important 10%. Snipnotes does all I ask for, and so easily, cheaply and flexibly. All the features are well explained on the website, but I have especially enjoyed setting up split/shared screens on the iPad and the iMac with Calendar/Reminders - make a note about an appointment and it appears straight away on the other two and I can see all three on the same screen. I can then add a note about what happened at the appointment - like sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours perhaps! Can’t stop playing with it, even in the middle of the night as I am 83, on chemo, and often wake up several times. It has made my life so much brighter.

I converted from Apple’s Notes app to this when I got an Apple watch. It was easy to transfer everything, works well on iPhone and watch and the developer is helpful. Highly recommend it

This is a great app for anyone with the habit of making micro notes that you need to have quick on your clipboard, as well as a great clipboard manager in general, with all the important functions working for free. Great work, thanks.

Optisch keine schöne App mit sehr altbackendem Design und es wäre schön auch andere Dateien als Bilder anhängen zu können, aber sonst solide. Sie wird regelmäßig aktualisiert, was sich aber meist auf Fehlerbehebungen und kleine Änderungen beschränkt. Ich nutze sie als alternative Notizapp, für ein Thema, was ich nur ab und an mal benötige. Um seine Arbeit und Alltag damit zu gestalten, finde ich sie zu eingeschränkt. Manuelles Sortieren fehlt ebenfalls.
