After the updates, the app crashed when I select mode (all pan, object tracking and the rest) when using snoppa M1 device.

Multi focus mode does not work. The moment you pressed the shutter, screen will just show “taking photo”. Waited for a minute and it still shows the same thing. Have to exit and close the app in order to use other functions again. And please bring the 4K video format soon!

Snoppa app with Atom 3 Axis is the best app and hardware I have ever used so far. Flawless on the gimbal hardware itself. But, face recognition failed intermittent when someone or someone pass through and block between the face and the phone for a quick second. Object track still have flaws. First of all, the tutorial guide doesn’t specifically show how exactly to use object track functionality. The tutorial only shows tap on the screen and that’s it, you can detect the object, but that’s not what exactly happening. After trying to tap and swipe across the screen I noticed there’s Green box expanding as you drag across the screen which to highlight the object. However, the app unable to follow or detect the object accurately, especially in narrow or many object room/scene, it will just stuck at something else until you bring the object close to the phone to have a grasp inside the green box. Other than day, it’s still an awesome app as well as it gives complete tutorial and guide on how to use the app and the gimbal! Looking forward for improvement on the mention flaws, cheers!

Hi! I can’t connect my device in app. Device is not found. But I can connect it by Bluetooth, but not in app. So I can’t make Calibration of my device. Please fix this problem.

После обновления программы до версии 3.1.9, перестал соединяться по Bluetooth в программе. Пишет что устройство не обнаружено.Хотя вообще Bluetooth соединение устанавливается. Управление однако при этом не работает. Просьба исправить ошибки. Либо сообщить как сделать возможной работу с устройством. Телефон iPhone XR.
