## SnoreGym Description
Verminder je snurken met de trainings-app voor stil slapen.

Krijg je gesnurk onder controle met een training voor je 'snurkspieren' met SnoreGym, de trainingsapp voor Snurkers.

Een van de hoofdoorzaken van snurken zijn zwakke spieren in het mondgebied. Snoregym is een trainingsapp die je helpt om je bovenste luchtwegspieren te versterken en gesnurk terug te dringen.

SnoreGym begeleidt je bij een reeks klinische bewezen oefeningen voor je tong, zachte gehemelte, wangen en kaak.

Wetenschappers hebben een aantal mondoefeningen getest die de spieren in de tong, het zachte gehemelte, de keel, wangen en de kaak versterken. Dit onderzoek heeft aangetoond dat mondoefeningen snurken, de ernst van slaapapneu en verstoring van bedpartners kunnen verminderen en een betere slaap en kwaliteit van leven kunnen opleveren.

Het is belangrijk om regelmatig te trainen als je minder wilt snurken. We raden minstens 10 minuten per dag gedurende 8+ weken aan.

Jammer dat ik 1 ster eraf haal omdat de taal niet int Frysk (Fries) kan!  V er der helder en snel… aanrader voor mensen van 0 tot 114 (?)jaar oud!

Oh en de gratis korte oefening zou fijn zijn, heb Snore lab al betaald. Of kost de app ieder jaar weer €?
