Most of the content is subscription based and is only found out after buying. Should remove pictures of piste maps etc from app download page. Subscription costs £4 per month!

It's good. Like the website is has lots of good info, and in many ways is easier to read than the website. However, I have a few suggestions... 1) I don't think we need to see a fancy snow photo at the top of each resort summary screen. I'd rather see more info on the screen rather than having to scroll to see temps etc. The Webcam, 6-Day, Twitter etc. icons on the right could be bigger too. Maybe have these lined up across the top instead of the photo? 2) It doesn't remember whether you select 'Base', 'Mid' or 'Top' so you have to keep going back to Top each time you go into the app. A bit annoying considering I doubt many people really want to know what the snow conditions are like at the Base. 3) It seems to want to refresh each time I go in and out of info screens. For example, from 6 Day Forecast back to summary screen. Not sure if it's just my old 3G but it seems very slow doing this. 4) Seems a bit slow in general, but again this could just be my old 3G? Other than that, great app. Happy to pay the €0.79 price.

I still like the app and use it regularly, but I preferred the old format/layout.

A superb app with very accurate data

I’ve used snow-forecast.com for many years and was delighted to update to the new version and find all the improvements. The ergonomics of the app have improved and I find the addition of many more webcams invaluable. Highly recommended!

This new version of the Snow Forecast app is a great evolution of the best mountain weather service that I’ve relied on for many years. Highly recommended.

I had a paid subscription for this, but the app doesn’t even open anymore. I click, it opens for a split second, then crashes and closes. Great. It seems the app was lasted updated 5 months ago, so they clearly don’t put much effort into bug fixes etc. I’ve therefore cancelled my subscription.

There’s always a “big dump” forecast several days off that dissappears before you get there. Overestimates snowfall, it’s been around many years so you would think the algorithm would have been tweaked, unless it’s deliberate. I’d prefer realistic forecasts. The app itself works really well though, not had any technical problems except for the map feature which never worked

This app either crashes, or if you do get to the login page, the Facebook login comes up with an error informing you that the developer is aware this app is broken. Avoid

The App stopped working on my iPhone about a week ago so I re-installed it again today but it is still not working. Is there a problem that you are working on?
