Use the website a lot and have always tried to persevere with the app. It works for a short period of time then starts crashing and won’t open.
I’ll delete it and re-download it for it to not work at all, or work for a short period of time.

Paid extortionate rate of $18.99 for 6 months of premium subscription which I can’t activate. If you’re going to charge that much 1 - make sure it works well. 2- have support people present to fix it rather than no reply whatsoever.
