SocialFocus: Hide Distractions

really needed something simple to block youtube home feed, and shorts, especislly the option to even click shorts. Searched and tried so many things, gave up going the free path because of how much work and inconsistincies there were. Found this through a reddit post and am so relieved! Now I can take back my control. Thanks!

This extension has greatly helped with my Instagram addiction! However, the option to block suggested posts on Instagram does not work anymore. I only want to see my feed, not Messi's championship or the next best steak recipe. I do not plan to update to IOS 18 though. Thank you so much!

It works very well, but it recently stopped working with stories. I would love if you updated this.

I've always wanted to keep instagram just to message friends, and I've always wanted to block reddit without breaking my browser with parental controls and this does both perfectly without fail. This is what I've always wanted, I'm not totally cut off from my friends, but I don't see any addictive feeds! 10/10.

This is great! Since I got this, I haven’t been stuck in a Reddit doom scroll for almost a week. Instead I’ve been reading books, which seems like a better use of time. I put this on all my computers too. Keep up the great work.

Listen, it does what it says based on the options it gives you, that part is amazing. But I wish there were more options provided, hopefuilly in future updates. Some option suggestions: - instagram "Suggested for you" - instagram home feed limiter post limit to N. - facebook sponsered ads on the top right side of the screen. - facebook Gaming - facebook home feed limiter post limit to N. - linkedin sidebars on the newsfeed - linkedin premium ads I didn't check youtube or twitter, since I have other apps for those.

It works exactly as advertised and comes with lots of options. I noticed a significant boost in my productivity after installing it. Worth the price. Suggestions for future improvements: - VPN that can block traffic from Instagram shorts and YouTube shorts, even while in-app - An option that makes it harder to read reddit feeds (i.e. making them super spaced out from each other) but still allows you to do it if you need to
