Sol - Live with Purpose

I just joined this app a day ago and I’m amazed with what is on this free app! I tried headspace and others but nothing was free other than this! I love how it gives you loads of different meditations and it teaches you about what your name means. It tells you what your star sign is and other star signs and it gives you compatible people (if you are into that). I rate this app 5 stars because it would have nearly everything you’d ever ask for for calming down. You can also chat to your Sol for motivation or help finding different types of meditation. I feel like this app is so underrated because I’ve never seen anyone else use it.

You have a cute little app here, lots of potential. Some feedback I have is to help the jobless and poor, interrogating things like ads. I don’t mind watching ads to make a new playlist or to get an extra affirmation. I don’t have money at all but I’d love the little things you have that are paid for. It would also be cool if there was a “free” section for teachers who are willing to help give free classes/videos. I saw some free stuff, but it would be nice if they were categorized separately. Please take this into consideration. Thank you!

I like the aesthetics and the bones of the app, but it gets a lot of stuff wrong. It says my sun is in the 6th house when it’s in the 5th and there’s other wrong information

I stumbled onto this app and am delighted. There is so much information from a wide variety of practices and you can customize it or try all the things. I’m grateful to easily learn a lot because it’s all together and there is a plethora of options for actions based on your available time and ability.

The inner growth from the culmination of all this great information is apparent, and learned so much about myself and the world that I didn’t understand before! I am so much more confident in my path and aware of loving myself first. Because of the prompts and activities I have written two poems, learning about breathing and meditation, plus how to heal my inner child. This is a great guide to the highways and bumpy roads of life.

I love the way the little guy is always there and it gives you many different ways to meditate an focus on certain areas like religion(spirituality), different things to help your mindset. I’m really love it so far !

I believe this popped up on my Instagram feed. I was curious and checked it out. I find it interesting with all the different thing you can pick from on the app. So, I’m enjoying it.
