SOLE+

It doesn’t matter how many times I connect the app to my F63 treadmill via Bluetooth it fails to save the workout every time! It makes the audible beep to indicate that it’s connected and ending the workout but it never saves it to my history. I’ve probably ran 25 miles this week but there’s no record of it in the app! 🤷🏼 I give up on this app… it used to be worthwhile but it’s broken more than it works. It’s time to delete this garbage and stick with my other tracking options..

The time/date recorded on app for a saved workout does not always match the time/date of my iphone. Example : used treadmill from 11:15 - 12:56 pm on June 6. App recorded data as June 7 @ 12:23 a.m. This happens sporadically. Other issue, after saving workout, there is often quite a long delay in displaying workout and when it does display sometimes there are two/three duplicate entries.

I love my treadmill I give it a 10/10 but the app needs updating the workouts are so behind it takes for ever to transfer the data and the workouts are so boring I am so glad I can watch YouTube so I can get more exciting walks/runs.

I can access the app fine but whenever I try to connect to my treadmill or my Apple Watch it doesn’t connect. I’ll do an entire workout and realize it didn’t log my heart rate at all so then the workout is saved but zero mins.

Every time I end a workout it times out trying to save it. Technology is a big factor in treadmill purchase as this app is horrible. Regret buying this brand!

The app quit syncing with my treadmill last Tuesday after working for more than a year. Very disappointed.

I could enjoy the workouts more if I could hear the music

It does the job but the loading screens are rough. Very slow when I mostly just want to go to display mode.

My SOLE+ calories are not reflecting on my iPhone activity. I have reset both phone and watch. I delete my SOLE+ app and redownloaded. I have upgraded both my phone and watch this past month and nothing the SOLE+ info still won’t reflect properly. I have checked settings for SOLE+, activity and privacy settings, etc on both my phone and watch. Now trying to add the workout manually to get my calories to work on my phone won’t even reflect properly. It’s making my workouts more stressful.

Kind of makes it hard to “stay with the beat”, eh?
