Started Solitaire Royale 5/11 and made deposit that day. After that game comes up froze and then goes away. Thus I cannot play. Have contacted support right away Saturday but no response as of 5/16. Meanwhile my deposit is in but can not play or get any response from support. Help. On iPad I love playing but would actually like to play . As of Friday May 17th still no response from customer service. Still can not play and my money is just sitting there. How do aI get this taken care of. It will be a week tomorrow. Is this customer service or what? Who can I contact or be referred to? And what a welcome so far.oh and your app support says after you fill out not working. You call the number and nothing. Can I get the CEO of this and maybe they will get something done. Totally dissatisfied and at a loss as to why?

Good luck when trying to get ahold of customer support when having issues. Especially about withdrawing cuz they won’t get back to you. It’s been a month and still no word. Good thing I wasn’t stupid enough to deposit money.
Fun game, but can’t register without a phone number
The game is fun and winning money is a real possibility, but the downfall is you can’t register to transfer your winnings unless you have a phone number, so at this point it’s useless.
