Friday, I was coughing and couldn’t stop. I decided to see Urgent Care. Made an appointment and within an hour was diagnosed with the flue. They wrote a prescription and had me on my way home.

I had food positioning and was way too sick to get in the car and drive to the drs. I downloaded the app and it was so simple. The dr spoke to me for a minute and prescribed me a zofran. Which helped me stop getting sick. It was so easy and convenient!

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this urgent care. I called to have my daughter seen after she was in a car accident, and the woman on the phone, whose name I believe was Christy, was shockingly rude and unkind. I understand that medical facilities can be busy, but there is no excuse for a complete lack of empathy when dealing with a stressed parent in such a serious situation.

Christy showed no understanding or willingness to help, which made an already difficult situation even more frustrating. Urgent care centers should provide compassionate support, especially over the phone when people are seeking guidance during emergencies. This interaction has completely turned me away from this location, and I would not recommend it to anyone seeking respectful or compassionate care.

First off, no one answers the phone. When you get there, they are on their cell phones. LI Urgent Care advertises “Pediatric Care” all over their building and on their website. However, they are not accredited for children UNDER 18 MONTHS. No where does it state an age limit. Which is crucial to know. This was an unfortunate visit to have be turned away with a sick child late in the evening. I’m a disappointed in the false advertising and hope this review saves parents the hassle.

We are currently at the American family care on Shields Road . My husband has waited along with everyone else for over 40 minutes so far because no one can work the computer! We pre  booked last night for the first appointment and did all the appropriate paperwork. He had to do all paperwork again after 45 minutes they finally took his copay . He is still waiting and he has the first appointment! Please train your staff and do better!

I broke my hand and went into a NextCare affiliate and more than two months after I received a bill 10x the cost of the splint ($20 to $217) saying it wasnt covered on insurance. It wasnt even on the original bill. Next gave no indication of this and i thought it was fraud.

Y’all have always been on point. However yesterday when I called Publix 3 time for my antibiotic prescription had not been received. My husband was going to take the prescription to Publix but when reading the paperwork I saw it was sent to Walgreens. My insurance does not cover Walgreens. In my profile it says Publix and I was filling out the paperwork I put Publix and the phone number there. Thank goodness my husband made the first two phone calls and finally at 7:30 at night went and got my prescription from Publix. The Publix pharmacist ended up calling Walgreens and having the prescription transferred. When I called guide wells back the man on the phone saw the mistake. And was going to have the doctor send the prescription to Publix. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. I’m grateful for my husband running around for me because I was sick as a dog.

We absolutely love this place. I have 2 little ones and every time we have come they have taken very good care of them. The Doctors are very informative and the online check in is a plus! I also love the fact that they call me a few days after our visits to check and see how the little ones are feeling. That right there means that they really care about their clients health.

I booked online with solv. on the website at an Urgent care. I was never texted about appointment, got to appointment 5 min before booking time then needed to rebook at building and put into the wait list with now 20 people ahead of me. Most of which booked for appointments after my original time. Staff was very nice but struggling with the new system and could not find my original booking. I have refilled all the paperwork three times and downloaded the app, I would not recommend going somewhere that uses this system. Why allow people to book online and then not honor the time they were showing up for?
