I have been using solve for several years and just started the transition to the client manager! Love that I can easily use this from my phone and iPad. My staff has also found this to be a very easy transition. The handoffs is probably one of my favorite features! It’s been less then a week that I have been using it and I can see how it is going to make my work life much easier. Lastly, I have been emailing many questions to the solve support team and they are extremely helpful and very quick to answer.

### ***** "CRM has finally caught up with me.."
I have been using the solve360 CRM for years. It has always been this thing that I have as part of my business because it’s what good business’s do. It has always felt like work to sit down at my desk and plug threw solve and check off things I just sat at my computer to do before I even logged into Solve360. Almost like it was a check against losing my memory. Over the years I tried to sync Solve360 tasks on google and iPhone and even a few third party apps to unleash my idea of what solve could be for my business. Then comes Solve Client Manager.. Finally..
See for me, I love to sit at my desk as little as possible and the custom task checklists “workflows” allow me to manage all the complexities of my listings, closings and leads from anywhere now that I can be reminded through the Solve Client Manager without needing to login on my laptop or login to the app on the phone. It just runs in the background and lets me know when I need to break away from life and take care of work.
This is what CRM is all about, let me show houses, make contacts, and then boom, a reminder pops up on my phone saying “Touch base with contact about possible listing opportunity” with the contacts info right on my phone while I’m headed to my next Showing. In the past, I’d have to log in or be back at the office to touch this lead I haven’t thought about in a week, now it’s sending me alerts to my phone. Love it.
I’m sure as this app evolves later this summer all be at the beach playing and swimming with my kids when my Fitbit vibrates to tell me that I need to remember to go over home inspection issues before the end of the day. Hint hint, looking for those Fitbit alerts.. Love this product and if you are looking for a way to build productivity and a future team around a consistent workflow experience the Solve Client Manager is for you.
Customer service has been responsive and easy to work with as I have transitioned from the powerful desktop version to the Solve Client Manager app version of the same powerful tools. Highly recommend!!

The Solve Client manager puts the power of Solve CRM in your hand and a lot more. It's integration with Google Apps and Gmail suite is unparalleled. I use it as my Commercial Real Estate CRM and it creates a 360 degree view of my clients and property listings. I can quickly query my listing database and share property listings with my leads. They get an email and a with a quick free app download they can view and interact with listings I have shared with them. This is a game changer and a huge time saver for people that spend most of their time out of the office. The development team at Solve are close to releasing a browser version of the Solve client manager which allows you access your data on the big screen in your office and import your data (although you can just as easily attach a keyboard and monitor to your tablet). Most user will enjoy being able to work just on their handheld device and enjoy not being tied to their desk. The best CRM for you is the one you will actually use and Solve is simple for anyone to use and powerful enough so you don't ever need to change CRM. Feature for feature it is also delivers the best value of any CRM.
