This app is slowest among other remittance app. My gosh every single window takes 2-3 minutes to open. And the calculation of money takes ages. They should improve this app performance.

If you want you app to be widely used stop taking unnecessary information. When I send someone other than family its not necessary to know their address or mobile number etc. Many time I used taptap instead of this app just because I don't know all the required field it want me to fill even though the rate was higher. Please visit other app and see how they are taking only the bare minimum information which actually required to transfer money.

SonaliPay - Best exchange rate and quickest deposit! Highly recommended.

App seems to be ok. Unfortunately, I haven’t made a payment yet as there’s typical Bangladeshi style bureaucracy!! I send a significant amount each month to different people in BD by using TapTap send/ MoneyGram/ TransferWise or Remitely (whoever give better rate). All these ask for minimum information required to send money. However, in this App you will have to give the full address of the beneficiary. I don’t have time and energy to do so when I can send it just with phone number and name! Designer / decision makers needs to research the competitors. They seems to add all the possible field to stop someone thinking of using this app regularly!!

Great User Interface, easy to use app, very fast remittance, maintains a high rate compared to competitors and receivers also get a 5% bonus on top of what is sent. For someone who makes remittance transfers quite regularly, SonaliPay is easily my most preferred app now. Keep it up and hope you expand to other countries soon!

Application security system is very good along with the user friendly interface.

I’ve used the app yesterday and I found it easy to navigate. The transfer was done almost immediately ( took a minute or so to receive confirmation ) which was a pleasant surprise.
