SONIC Drive-In - Order Online

Security is clearly not Sonic’s top priority, anyone can easily access your account and spend any money sitting on your account. Corporate will just tell you that you need a better password, even if you had a 512 character long password with random symbols numbers and letters. They’ll refuse to refund any stolen money loaded on your account and blame you for their horrible security flaws.

Just downloaded the app and none of the payment options are working. Guess I’ll just move on

This app hasn’t worked for the past month. I’ve tried ordering drinks and food using mobile ordering and I continue to get the same error message stating “Error occurred while processing request” this is extremely frustrating as it makes it impossible for me to use my rewards and obtain half price drinks, etc. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and creating new accounts. I’ve had family members try on their own phones. It doesn’t work for any of us and the Sonic locations I try to talk to about this are clueless. Another frustration of this app is the inability to combine gift card balances. I often have funds left over on gift cards that are stuck there being wasted because I don’t have an order amount small enough to use the balance on. Additionally, whatever funds are left over on the gift cards cannot be applied to your order balance unless you’re covering the entire order. This app is garbage.

I can’t even get pay for anything with this app anymore. It’s completely ridiculous that a single update would so thoroughly break the application. Please fix this or I’m going to completely forget about sonic all together.

When completing a gift card (.01, .30 cents) i am unable to use those remaining funds. I am also unable to delete a gift card. So now i have 5 gift cards with less than $1.00 balance that just sit there.

Doesn’t work

I have been going through another period of not being able to use the app because is says there is an issue when I try to pay. Yes, there’s plenty of funds to be able to pay for my Route 44 coke with extra extra ice, which I order daily…sometimes 2 times a day (don’t judge). This is the 2nd time I’ve had the issue..last time it went on for over a month. It just started last week this go round. I was supposed to have been gifted credits but never was after contacting customer support 4 times over the summer. Maybe it will be fixed if I post it here…

Used to love Sonic and this app but for the last 2 months I haven’t been able to place an order in the app. I keep getting an “Error occurred during processing” message meaning no half price drinks or app only deals for me

App is terrible. Never works right. Rewards are limited based on location. App says there’s an error 90% of the time when you try to pay. Prices don’t show up on some menu items. Just go to Taco Bell.

App never lets me place orders, I keep getting error messages. So we no longer go to sonic 🙂
