Sega, please atleast make a feature where you keep the chaos emerald you got on death, i’ve lost the fifth chaos emerald on chemical plant (Act 2), because of the eggman boss on there with those flipping platforms. Although I appreciate for trying to be faithful to the original console version, atleast make the mobile port easier, because this is rage-inducing. Don’t try to get chaos emeralds unless you have luck and skill on your side. Edit; Got all the chaos emeralds (finally) but still, these stages will fill a hatred in my heart.

I loved this game, I played through everything.. EVERYTHING and I unlocked super sonic and played through every level with every character. Recently, I switched to a newer phone and I used the same apple account to download the game. Once I got on I waited and it said “welcome back” on top with my username. Then, I went to the select files and everything I had worked for was gone.. GONE, nothing left of my hardwork. Please work on a feature that allows you to restore progress.

This game is very fun and I have been playing this for years. I just beat it today not gonna lie. Knuckles is a little weird to play as but that probably is just me. I wish there was a Sonic 3 and knuckles though. I have only played Sonic 3 and knuckles a couple times and I WANT TO PLAY THAT SO BAD so PLEASE make a Sonic 3 and knuckles! Also premium is worth every penny.

There needs to be a system to retry the special stages like there is in sonic origins. Same with sonic 1 so I don’t have to rely on cheat codes to use super sonic instead.
