The app lost all my devices. I even can't connect to any devices any more. I'm unable to use my sonos speakers

This new version is the buggiest app I’ve ever used. Does not even handle the basics of not dropping speakers mid-song, nor does it show the correct song playing…the list is too long to even list. Who let this half-baked app go out? Fire them.

When you are trying to open the app you will see Sonos logo a long time and usually it will crash. Then you will have to try again. Sometimes you just won’t get in. How this is possible that a quite large company that makes great hardware makes so bad app and will not fix it?!

So, the queue is back, kind of. It’s still not editable. Everything is suuuuuuuper slow, to the point where our family rarely listens to music any more. Volume control sometimes takes five seconds or more to actually do anything, and the delays together with a lack of visual feedback when e.g. playing a song make it so you don’t know it you tapped the correct spot on the screen. It’s really bad.

App is still missing features months after their “great” new redesign AND now I can’t even open the app without it crashing. I CANT DO ANYTHING WITH MY SONOS SYSTEM!!!!!!!

I have been a long-term user and an advocate of Sonos. But this new app is really difficult to understand. The user logic is not at all intuitive and not explained. And particularly so in poor network conditions, the behavior is unacceptable. Whoever designed and developed this update for you should be ashamed.

July 2024 edit - some updates and still absolute junk - all you had to do was roll back and it would all be fixed. What an atrocious company this has become Multiple weeks: unable to connect try again later. Broke the seamless changing of speakers - now when adding more or removing them music or play stops, no way to easily end a session anymore - ui is garbage where the product is clearly not used by the ui team. An example of breaking what was already fixed. Get it together. Edit: your system is bricked if there is an update - you are forced to update even if you don’t want to. One last thing - RCA > Phono > Optical > HDMI adapter is now broken thanks to this rubbish company

Päivitys vei sovelluksen todella huonoon suuntaan. On todella hidas kaikissa toiminnoissa. Esimerkiksi voimakkuuden säädön saat tehdä useita kertoja, kunnes tottelee. Vaikea ymmärtää miksi kontrolli ei toimi. Valitsen musiikin ja pyydän soittamaan, mutta Sonos saattaa soittaa jonkun vanhan valinnan. Vanha versio toimi moitteettomasti, siksi on kummallista, että uusi versio on niin hidas ja epäluotettava.

Messed up the artist radio feature, plays only one song instead of the whole list! Worked fine before, fix asap this has been going for way too long now!
