Sounds from Sonos speakers are great, but what isn’t great is the app to control the speakers, it’s like something from 2003 that was designed by the 15 year old on work experience! Speakers come and go randomly and 80% of the time when I go to turn off the music it takes 2-3 minutes for anything to happen. Even changing albums is a chore.Really is a let-down considering the quality of the speakers themselves. Sonos need to find someone to fix all the bugs as currently it’s sadly very amateurish.

Have had Sonos products since they came out. Still have 8 products including play 1”s sound bar, sub and ceiling speakers. I’m fairly tech savvy yet setting the system up has become so difficult and problematic. Every time I access the app it needs an update, Amazon Alexa is impossible to activate and the Sonos equivalent is useless. Would have recommended everyone to get one a few years ago. Save yourself the trouble and buy a basic Bluetooth speaker. They’re not worth the agro anymore. Just updated my broadband and am loosing the will to live trying to set it up again. By far the most complicated set up process of any Bluetooth/wireless product I have owned! Such a shame.

App is not that useful. It would have been nice to have widgets that allows toggling between Aware to Noise cancellation.

It was fine until the upgrade to S2 but it’s now very clunky and temperamental to say the least… also, you can no longer create playlists which is a basic, fundamental requirement!

They just keep breaking my system

The recent updates have wrecked what was once a class leading system. Every time I use it it only picks up a random 3 out of 6 speakers linked. I can no longer routinely turn off my child’s audiobook when they fall asleep as 2out of 3 times the speaker doesn’t show. Now looking for good alternatives. I have one old speaker in my bedroom and haven’t been able to play music on it for 6 months. Any suggestions for great alternatives as I simply want to listen to music without all the stress.

Absolutely next level sound quality, lots of bass when needed but great clarity whilst watching movies or listening to music. Now to fill my house with Sonos Audio 🤔🤫🤭

My speakers lose connection frequently. They blame the internet but it’s nothing to do with the internet - it’s the app. Please upgrade the software!

You’ve basically bricked my Sonos speaker with this app. It’s worked fine for years and now it needs to be reset and connected every time I use it and it doesn’t always work. I’d never buy Sonos again.

These speakers are fantastic, however the app to control them is absolutely awful. Considering that we decided to have out kitchen, dining room lounge and bedroom to have Sonos in, we are so disappointed with the app that never seems to be able to connect the speakers. At this rate, we are seriously considering putting in a complaint to Sonos
