The app won’t allow me to sign in. All it says is that my email or password is incorrect, however when I use the SAME email and the SAME password on another device to log into my Sony account on the web, it works flawlessly. I don’t understand why it does that on the app?

### ****- "Great headphones - 1 suggestion"
I love the headphones and they are so great at noise cancelling and the adaptive cancel is so smart- however I bought these just to use when sleeping. So what I would like is a setting where I can ask the headphones not to make any noise after a certain time- such as warning me of low battery, or saying that it disconnected from any devices- as it wakes me up and I wouldn’t notice if the noise cancel stopped anyway. That would make these perfect!

Recently there is an update on the app, it’s unable to connect with my sony headphone. My headphone does appear in the list of device it can be connected but once I select it, the app either throws an error message saying “turn on the device” or put in a loop - find a device to connect, select the device, then back to find a device step again.
I regret buying the device now since I cant even connect the device to the phone without this app.
