Sony | Sound Connect

It's bad because there is no Arabic language in the application and almost 90% of people have devices and headphones from Sony. This is not good. Arabic must be available in the application. All applications did Arabic during use. I have my deep thanks and appreciation and I hope you add the Arabic language in the application❤️

It’s not going passed the user agreement page when I’m trying to set it up

Kindly fix resting issues the page get lagged and keep on reconnecting and disconnecting and says add new headphones - secondly left side of WF-1000XM5 is low in volume and not working properly after updating them I tried resetting it and it gets stuck and load for ages kept the phone for an hour trying to connect still no solution deleted the application to redownload it and now it’s not even connecting to my pair

It is soo good because I’ve always wanted 360 headphone

Unfortunately many times it can’t connect. Also EQ is rather bad and not giving enough control. The headphones have unpleasant bump around 150 hz, which make them sound muddy and narrow sounding, but EQ starts only from 400 hz. Make decent PEQ with at least 10 points as an advanced option.

Until you remove that dumbest option ever Speak to chat it’s a one star. Why this garbage turns on by itself after I disconnect it 50 times??? Imagine walking through the city and every time somebody speaks music stops !! What is wrong with you, do you live in a real world ???

Everything was working fine but today I tried connecting my headphones and it wasn’t working. I removed my device (wf-c500) registration from the app and tried registering again and it keeps looping me back to finding a device even though it found it already. I wasted so much of my time and am very dissatisfied with this whole thing.

A device got connected to my headphones by mistake, and now even when I unregister the device, it reconnects and pair by default and it blocks me from using my headphones ( I don’t own the other device, therefore can’t close the bluetooth)

There is an occasional issue, where the earbuds are contacted and functioning, but the application cannot connect to start using it.
