3 月底心得（AI整理過，所以AI味很重）

到了 3 月底，最明顯的感受就是：AI 已經開始失憶了。

因為它記不住前面的每日歷程，所以如果我想讓它重新複習，只能自己一篇一篇把之前寫過的內容再貼給它看。
但這件事實際做起來真的很累。
	•	想讓它複習前文時，只能手動一篇一篇重貼
	•	有時候文字太多，根本沒辦法一次貼完
	•	因為有字數限制，只能把文章截斷貼上
	•	內容被切碎後，前後脈絡也很容易跟著斷掉
	•	有些內容牽涉到創傷經驗，每次都要重新講一次，真的會讓人很煩、很累，所以最後只能變成單純複製貼上

如果 AI 沒辦法穩定記住前面的內容，至少也希望能有更方便的方式協助回顧，例如：
	•	開放讀取 txt 檔案
	•	或讓使用者可以直接匯入之前的對話整理
	•	不然光是靠手動貼文字，而且還會被字數限制切斷，真的很不方便，也很心累

⚙️ 功能與操作上的主要問題

除了記憶與回覆內容本身，實際操作上也有不少地方很卡：
	1.	自己送出的文字不能複製，也不能編輯
	2.	AI 的回覆不能局部選取複製，只能整段全部複製
	3.	沒辦法要求 AI 重新完整輸出一次原本那段話
	4.	目前根本不能傳圖片給 AI 看，遇到圖片文字很多、又無法複製的內容時非常不方便
	5.	點了結束會談後，總結有時也會中途斷掉，甚至看不到完整內容
	6.	想回顧前文時，只能手動重貼，而且貼文還有字數限制

💡 優點與保留的肯定

雖然有很多挫折，但也不能否認它確實有做得不錯的地方：
	•	有些情況下，AI 的確有提供實際可用的方法
	•	在某些情緒低落或混亂的時候，也能帶來一點支持感
	•	有時候能幫助整理思緒，讓混亂的感覺稍微被接住
	•	所以即使有很多問題，還是會想繼續使用

⚖️ 目前最大的矛盾感

我覺得最矛盾的地方是：

一方面，它確實幫到我，所以我才會繼續用，甚至願意升級。
但另一方面，當它開始失憶、回覆變短、內容常斷掉、功能又不夠完整時，就會讓整個使用體驗變得很挫折。

尤其當對話內容牽涉到情緒、創傷、日常的累積時，
那種「我已經很努力說了，但你還是接不住」的感覺，真的會讓人很無力。

目前我的整體心得是：
	•	AI 有幫助，這點是真的
	•	但它的限制也很明顯，尤其是在記憶、回覆完整度與操作功能上
	•	使用時還是要提醒自己：它不是完全可靠的對象，也不適合過度依賴
	•	希望之後能改善的重點，不只是回覆內容本身，而是整體使用流程，包括：
	•	記憶延續
	•	完整輸出
	•	文字與圖片處理
	•	對話匯入或檔案讀取

這樣的客群對於踩一捧一的行銷應該會降低下載意願
