It is very annoying when the headphone is connected to the phone but when I got to the soundcore app the music stops then pressing on the saved deviced it seems to not find the device but it is already connected to bluetooth please fix this bug.

After I purchased my Soundcore Liberty 4 Pro. I encountered problems with the audio quality when using the spatial audio. I was told to wait for a firmware update. But it didn't come!

my Q45 cannot be identified even though it’s connected. I’ve tried restarting both devices and reinstalling and re-pairing the bt device but it still can’t locate it. What did you guys do in your last update???

The application is easy to use, I love it. But after the iOS 18 update, the widget that controls the noise cancellation disappeared. Now i need to go to the app and change the settings. I know you can use the button from the headset you are using but it's convenient also if you can put it in noose cancelling through the home screen while using the phone.

Its fine… but i wish they have passwords so no one can connect…

Please update your app to support Widgets again. There’s no way to add your widget even with the instructions in the app followed. It was very useful and we need it back now.

The device is insanely good but the issue is that the device instantly powering off while being in use and it is fully charged. PLEASE UPDATE THE FIRMWARE. i hope you’ll listen to my review
