The crew, onboard experience, baggage, and Voyager loyalty program place SAA firmly at the top of local airlines in SA, especially for business travellers. Pleased to see that they also led on time records for August and July at the three major airports.

My priority flight was canceled & economy was given. I’m flying tomorrow & have too much luggage for economy. I’ve now paid R900 for 3 extra bags but they won’t be 32kg’s. Hoping they’ll take what I have
I have 2 suitcases with 32kg’s & 2 carry on’s
Economy only takes 23kg’s!!!!
I hope this will not be a problem tomorrow 
I have emailed everyone, but no reply’s yet. I will come back to review again on Monday. I find this incredibly inconvenient and frustrating that 
I also could not check in on line? Most probably because my priority flight was canceled & economy was just GIVEN to me
I also expect the balance of the prices to be refunded as well as the extra luggage paid for!

Had to rush to figure out how to generate a boarding pass while in line at security at OR Tambo, not readily available upon checkin (the day prior). Incredibly irritating to navigate the app while already in the security lines

I was bumped to a much later flight due to overbooking - which seems to be a regular thing with SAA. I cannot load my new e-ticket onto the app - the number is 1 character longer than the space allowed for it. Also the app doesn't automatically update with my new flight. So no way of knowing if they're moving departure gates - also a regular thing - except by watching the wallboards.

This is just a container of web pages, not an app. If fact, if you try (just one example) to check your flight status it opens the webpage within the app and obviously doesn’t know who you are or what your flight is, if it was a real app, it would be integrated. And by the way, that page doesn’t even work. terrible
