Improvements that make it less wall-bash
Currently at level 40. (Max level is 60). Was a f2p player up to now. Just dropped 80cdn on this as a Christmas gift, but that’ll probably be the one and only time. Grindy, but not that bad. I played this game years ago with the old match making system and energy-based. You were incentivized to go down in rank, so that you can later shoot up. After a long hiatus, I started again from the beginning. Found that in the new system, you no longer want to chain too many victories, since ranking up too fast gives you little benefit over ranking up slowly. This shows me the devs care enough that the player experience doesn’t encounter too many smurfs. TLDR redownloaded this game after a long time away, found it actually improved: less grindy and wall-bashing.
