The app keeps crashing, can't claim tickets for the game or park & ride.

A friend sent me park and ride tickets and I was unable to claim them in the app. I was only able to claim the stadium tickets. Why create a separate ticketing app to ones like howler and it doesn’t effectively transfer the tickets. I logged into both our accounts to try resolve the issue…the tickets just disappeared I guess.
