Theft.  Squadi is now slapping on big payment fees when registering ypur child for another year of sports. 10 dollar fee if you would like to pay with CC, 8 dollars if you would like to pay by direct debit??  This should be free of charge or less than 1 dollar, happy to walk into the clubhouse and pay by cash instead if that was possible. This is a scam.  Avoid ithis mob if you can.

### *---- "Too many unresolved issues/ major functionality problems"
I’m a club, Admin, and I do use both admin version as well as the regular version. 

I don’t want to be critical, however there are some major issues which causes frustration for our members, team managers, coaches and players. 

Some of these issues are so basic that frankly it’s embarrassing for me to have to tell you you need to fix it. For example the message on top  that constantly says you’re not connected to the Internet? Really? Could this not be fixed in 4 years? 

Example 2)  Our Club received a fine of several hundred dollars and awarded a forfeit in the match that we won 4-1 on the basis that Team sheet was not submitted before the match, an allegation which is disputed. What I find extraordinary is the app does not have the functionality to flag, that the Team sheet was not submitted yet it allows/enables team managers or coaches to do the scoring an end of the match as if the team sheet was submitted ?  A simple warning would be nice. Set aside, allowing the error to perpetuate.  

As a Admin, I cannot properly see what’s going on in our club. 

We have tried to contact your partners and our attempts fallen on the deaf ears so I have decided to communicate with you in this fashion hopefully will get the attention of the right person in your organisation. 

If you are really serious about making improvements, I suggest someone in your development team try to reach out to me I’ll be very happy to try to give you some useful pointers to make the app more functional/reliable.

Such a bazaar layout. All the dates of games are out of order (due to wet weather postponements). 
You would think games would be in date order.

While it’s better than last year, there are still a few tweaks that would push this app. Once the games are done it would be awesome if they would disappear after one week on the main page rather than scrolling though 8 weeks of games to check your current one. A sync to calendar option would be awesome also. Definitely having far less problems this season. Recommendation for new users creating squadi profiles is to do it on the computer rather than the app, whereas purchases from the store I find easier on the app than through the computer. I find that a lot of the problems with the app are more related to Football Queensland and the regions’ level of organisation rather than the app itself.

This app is great and provides a sense of importance to my sport competitions! The developers almost always respond to feedback from the community! The app has many advanced features but also the essential features for a sports app! So far, I haven’t had any trouble using the app.

One issue I have is that the app is not updating for me. I’ve updated other apps and they seem to work but I just can’t seem to update this app! Overall, 9/10!

### ***** "Amazing app the scores up in minutes!"
This is the first time using this app and so far it’s amazing! It is very easy to use and has all the results in my division! You should add up live scores so kids at home can still keep track of their own game if they feel sick or are injured or for parents who can’t make it, but I do understand that it will be hard to do that since there is no one to keep track. Other then that it is an amazing app and will definitely recommend to friends.  👍

The app looks ok and provide the details of upcoming matches.

Points to improve:

Can't see the schedule of 2 teams in the "draws" tab. You have to switch between teams, which is super annoying. There should be a single view that showed the schedules of all followed teams

Home Page should show the next game for your team. At the moment it's a useless blank Page.
 
Draws Page don't scroll to the next game until the date of the game. So you keep seeing last week's game on the top and may be confusing.
As soon as the game date is past, it should not be on the top of the page anymore.

The app is pretty good by all accounts but the thing that annoys me is I’ll get a message pop up on my home / Lock Screen from squadi with a notification about a match change. When I then go into the app I have no way of seeing that notification again. As someone who follows multiple teams this makes things really difficult to keep track of.

Is there any reason the 17FQPL Centeal Coast has 2 byes every 3rd game? It’s ridiculous, they play a game then have 2 weeks off, there’s no consistency, plus there’s only 6 teams, an even number so no need for byes
