Square Point of Sale (POS)

This app still demands microphone access in an age where tap to pay on the iPhone exists! Will this app even work with iPhones old enough to still have a microphone socket for their 1st gen reader? Access requirements should be minimised, not left grabbing anything for no good reason. It doesn’t give me much faith as to what the rest of the code is like.

I love this becuase i can access my whole company! One thing they need to change is…. Nothing!

Set up easy, proving Bussiness easy, taking payment is fine, deposits are fine Until , suddenly they decide to put you in review Sent all the documents they requested, couple of days later after chasing customers services I get an email say restrictions are lifted, another one explaining account limits they set All fine, sent an invoice for what is to a small business a reasonable amount Luckily, before they paid I get a third email saying they we’re shutting my account quoting anonymous “terms and conditions “ Be very wary of them , my Bussiness is slightly unconventional but has been going for 21 years and is one of the best in its field and yet square for no good reason suddenly decide to treat you as though you are a fraudulent criminal If you use these make sure you have a back up card service that you can switch to at a moment’s notice I have put in a formal complaint about this to them , not that I expect any result Update, they never had the courtesy to get back to me

App’s feature excellent 10 out of 10 from every point of view. HOW-E-VEEEEER -The support is shockingly non-existent, and if you’ve got an urgent matter, forget about it! so just pray that things won’t go wrong as they don’t do very often with this app. However when they do you’re stuck! Sorry guys this is THE TRUTH !!

Fantastic and so easy - no hidden fees, no complications just a small % taken from card sales- highly recommend

the app works perfectly but the reason i give 2 stars is after i complete submitting my data a start receive calls from other companies every time offering their product and services and that’s disturbing

Spent the last few days trying to upload products - multiple crashes on both Square and retail app

Fantastic App! I was hesitant at first, but this app exceeded my expectations. It’s fast, intuitive, and does what I need without any hassle. Definitely one of the best apps I’ve used.

They suddenly closed my account saying that we are unable to verify your account and my balance turned to zero. Such a scam! Avoid! I never received any verification email. Everything was going smooth, so why they did so? It’s really disappointing! And they are not responding to my ticket at all.
