The app itself has moving visuals and vibrates to cue you to squeeze but the watch portion is not worth using. The app on the Apple Watch 5 has the screen turn off while in-use and it needs better visuals. The reminder seems to pop up multiple times for one reminder, is quite annoying and the settings do not allow you to configure this.
I bought this app specifically so I could use it on my Apple Watch. Do not buy this app if this is what you want it for. It doesn't work. It freezes mid exercise and will just stop altogether if you drop your wrist (it won't continue the countdown in the background so you have to stare at it the whole time). Disappointed it doesn't have sound or vibration on the watch so you can continue your activities/working while doing the exercises with it prompting you when to squeeze and when to rest. Instead like I said you have to Stan/sit there and stare at your watch for the whole thing. Not practical.
Holding your finger on the screen is a pain while squeezing and you end up setting off other functions, and losing your progress. There is no haptic feedback, you could easily work away and squeeze with eh write haptic cues. Hopefully they will update, because it is a well done app otherwise.
This is nearly excellent, but I’m really missing a watch app. The exercises don’t need a full phone screen, and I often don’t have my phone with me at the scheduled time. (Women’s clothes have small pockets! )
I find this app really helpful in motivating me to do the exercises I’ve been set by a specialist women’s physio, aiming to get the green bar each day. It would be useful to be able to ‘edit’ or ‘log’ exercises as I sometimes do them without using the app itself but want to log that I have done them; or if I am doing the exercise and it goes over midnight it doesn’t record it for that day. Also need greater flexibility in setting the plan for the quick set (which is way too fast) - the professional option setting doesn’t allow me to set it according to the timing the physio has suggested which require much longer periods between each squeeze.
Simple to use and understand. The automatic reminders got me to practice and I surprised myself to have finally done my pelvic floor exercises properly . Great app👍
This app is easy and informative. After just a few week the leaks that would happen during Zumba and jumping stopped! I gave birth to twins naturally so it took some doing to get everything back in order. I have even been told I’m tight down there! lol awesome.
Perhaps you are unaware that people work shifts, get in late or early. Midnight is a totally random cut off for time of exercise. One should be able to set a time appropriate for your schedule. I can’t believe this would be so hard to add. It’s otherwise a good app but this 9-5 job type skew is annoying
Really helpful app! I’ve gone from not doing any exercises to doing them daily. My notifications come through to my watch, and I know I would improve on my daily target if I was able to activate the exercises directly from my watch. As I actively try and reduce the time I’m in possession of my phone. Especially around the kids.
