## Squeezy Men Description
Squeezy has been designed by chartered, NHS physiotherapists specialising in men's health.

It is suitable for all men who should be doing pelvic floor muscle exercises (also known as Kegel exercises). Men should only be doing these exercises if they have symptoms (like leaking) or before and after a prostatectomy. 

The app is particularly aimed at men who are seeing a specialist physiotherapist for problems connected to their bladder, bowels or pelvic floor muscles, as it can be tailored to a specific exercise programme and set to remind you when to do your exercises.

Having pelvic floor muscles that are working well can help with premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction and urinary incontinence.

It is simple to use, discreet, informative and has helpful visual and audio prompts to support your exercise programme. Also, it maintains a record of the number of exercises you have completed.

### ***** "Impressive update"
The update has added everything I need to follow through with my practice. Reminders and diaries and data, exactly the things I need to show my urologist.

I struggled to maintain a regular schedule even when I saw clear improvements. The exercises work if you do them regularly. With the reminder feature I’ll feel more compelled to achieve my targets.

Very impressed with the UI update and features!

This is a life-saving app for me. I developed Detrussor Sphincter Dysphoria at a young age - mid twenties - which means I struggle with urinary retention & incontinence, extremely embarrassing for anyone, but especially at my age. Dr. said I could get botox injected every 6 months or see if I can strengthen the pelvic floor with kegel exercises. I found this app and if I stick to the routine and exercises there is a definite difference and the leaking stops.

(my Dr. suspects it was the anti-psychotics I was put on for a year because I’m Bipolar that weakened/confused the connection between my brain and my pelvic floor)

But there is hope as long as you put in the work. Thank you for creating this app 🙏
