On a mac/linux machine the typical workaround is to find the dead connection using `ps aux | grep ssh` and kill the hanging ssh process, but here I have to restart the iPad or wait for the system to kill the process. Update: I've raised the score to 4 stars, because this seems to be the only app capable of maintaining an SSH tunnel in the background (almost?) indefinitely, as long as the internet connection is stable.
