As a streaming service Stan is great, although a little expensive the content is fantastic and the live sport is also great. But the app itself is terrible, always freezing and often dropping out. This is especially bad when streaming live sport. Very frustrating.

If every single other app has figured out how to make the damn pull up bar at bottom of the screen disappear then why can’t you!????? Sick of repeatedly exiting my show/movie SO THAT I CAN ACTUALLY READ THE SUBTITLES.

Used to love Stan, but now the sound constantly cuts out, impossible to get through show without subtitles, which is just annoying. Have tried turning devices off and on, redownloading app, different network connections, locations. It is simply just an issue with the app. Disappointing as I had just renewed my membership when it started. Safe to say I won’t be renewing it again!

Download doesn’t work on airplane mode, so frustrating.

I recently subscribed to Stan because I wanted to watch the UEFA Champions League, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. First of all, why do I have to pay twice? A $12 monthly subscription fee plus an additional $15 for Stan Sport—while other providers only charge once. This pricing structure feels ridiculous. If Stan wants to offer sports, why not just create a separate platform called “Stan Sport” instead of forcing users to pay an unnecessary extra fee? Second, when I tried to watch a live match, the play button didn’t even show up—both on the website and the app. I switched to my laptop, hoping it would work, but still nothing. I had already paid for the service, yet I couldn’t even access what I paid for. Finally, after 43 minutes of frustration, I checked again, and suddenly it started working. But by then, I had already missed half the match! For a football game that lasts only 90 minutes, missing half of it is unacceptable. Stan’s pricing model is unfair, and their streaming service is unreliable. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free sports streaming experience.

The game has started but its not showing live feels like my money was wasted tried reinstalling again but doesn’t work every one is watching the game in the world rn but only me

Stan gotta be one of the worst subscriptions I’ve ever got when it comes to watching sports game. There have been multiple time where the screen just goes to blank while I was watching Europa league games and today 12/3/2025, Barcelona vs Benfica game started 6:45 am . It’s now 5:30 and we are still not able to watch it cause they haven’t put the game on

Why pay extra for sport when they aren’t even going to show the live event. (Barcelona vs Benfica) today

Woke up early to watch the Barcelona vs benfica game and the game has been going for over 30 minutes and I can’t watch it because the stream won’t work not happy

Payed for Stan sport. Doesn’t show the game that they are supposed to. No explanation
