Not working
After getting numerous, what felt like threats, to upgrade to the new business banking app, trying to verify my id for a week, trying to get the support platform to help me get connected, I’ve given up hope. Two businesses can’t operate with this poor Level of service. Luckily I can still access my accounts through the old trusted internet banking portal on my pc. There they also keep pushing for me to join the “business revolution” but after seeing the app’s inabillity to do anything other than “id being confirmed”, I’m staying away as far as I can from “upgrading” to anything.
