Private means your notes are end-to-end encrypted, so only you can read your notes. Even we can't read the contents of your notes.

Dear support team ,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to report an issue with Japanese input when using a bluetooth hardware keyboard. As you may know, Japanese input involves typing the phonetic pronunciation in Roman letters, followed by a conversion operation. This is typically done by selecting candidates using the spacebar, arrow keys, or tapping on the screen.

However, since one of the recent updates, neither the spacebar nor the arrow keys respond as expected. Currently, the only method that works for selecting candidates is tapping on the screen.

I kindly request that this issue be addressed in an upcoming update. Additionally, this type of bug has occurred multiple times over the past few years. It would be greatly appreciated if you could include it in your quality assurance checklist to help prevent recurrence in the future.

3年以上愛用していて1000以上のノートを保存していますが、同期も早く安定しています。

I hadn’t updated it for a while, but I did today to discover that this app changed its appearance a lot. Quite different from the images you see on AppStore app preview. I’m on iPhone XS with enough storage space to have every app work fine, but this SN is undeniably glitchy, taking three or four seconds to load all my data. 
Sometimes it goes completely black or white, depending on whether you are on dark mode or default mode, while I was tinkering with my notes. So, I have to reload it every now and then. And it’s sad that I cannot see two or three lines of the notes that I have kept on it anymore, which used to be visible on the listing page on its older version. 
I want this app to restore its previous simple and beautiful look, tbh. Otherwise, I’m hoping for further improvements. Thanks.

By a large margin the best note taking application.

Open source, encrypted and multi-platform.. what more do you need!

Pro version is cheap at $2 a month, but the basic free version is probably enough for most people.

Not perfect, but pretty close.
