The best way to enjoy this game is to join a good Alliance, there are many toxic groups and childish players that run around killing lower level players, it really helps to have a good team to share advice and support your progress… and some big guns to kick the bullies back

Money Grabbing Scam

The game is enjoyable, if you are able to put money into it and by that I mean thousands. Scopely is not shy at wringing out the pockets of the players. There is no loyalty to the long standing player either. If you are putting tens of thousands or dollars into the game, the guidelines created by Scopely don’t apply to you. Never has a game been more “Pay to win” than this game. If you can pay big, the game becomes unenjoyable as the “whales” wipe you out easily.

If the game randomly resets back to level 1, try uninstalling and reinstalling. I got my progress back. Would be nice if they gave a 10min warning as other apps do when maintenance was coming rather than just randomly kicking you out. They occasionally drop ‘promo codes’, but don’t provide a way to redeem them. Doh! Latest update, instead of fixing bugs, continues Scopely’s policy of encouraging bullying. Go Scopely!

The developers have created a game with standard MMO game mechanics. But haven’t bothered to fix the slow navigation, bureaucratic processes, and constant crashes. The game is slow between screens and super buggy. Too many screens, so many unnecessary screens, and between some of those screens, the game will freeze and have to be restarted. I had to work hard to play this game, games should be hard to stop playing. I spent my time; pressing buttons to get the rewards, and navigating between screens. So much so, I couldn’t play the game. The game events are too bite sized to get any flow going, and everything needs to be micro-managed. Rather than making decisions you are just responding to unnecessary predetermined events. Playing free is good to make progress but I only played for the one day, but the game is set up as a pay to play.

Great until it glitched

Great and addictive game. Played for 18 months then it glitched and put me back to the beginning. Make sure you back this game up! Messaged the developers but I guess no news is bad news. Disappointing.

Good game but Poor support and behavior

Game is good, but the support is poor when you raise issues. Have little interest in stopping bullying or trolling in the game

Don’t waste your time

Extremely buggy game. Support never respond to issues, in-fact they have made it virtually impossible to resolve issues due to their help bots leading you in circles. First game I’ve played where cyber bullying is not only prevalent, it’s encouraged. Two suggestions I have is : Change the game title to “Star Trek connection issues “ And run, run far, far away- do not push that download button!

Glitch

Played for 2 years ,accidentally deleted ,can not restore acc ,wasted a lot of money 🫣
