Hello! The app worked great for me so far as a green status, but when I got my stars today and finally collected 209 stars it won’t update to golden status. It shows „the stars needed for golden status: -9” it’s kinda funny but I do want it to update (I registered 08.2023 so it is within a year)

I constantly get logged out from the app, then when I try to log in it says that the nick or password is wrong. It isn’t wrong because I saved my password. After some time I’m trying to log again and it works. And I typed the same password as before…

Proszę o naprawienie systemu gwiazdek i kuponów na kawę, nie działa on poprawnie. Mam dwa kupony do tyłu.

This is one of many poorly written applications that log out a user after updates. It’s just annoying

so far this is the worst application of the brand that I know, there are a lot of bugs, I’m generally silent about the user experience

No, jak w tytule - loguję się przez przeglądarkę i wszystko działa, loguję się przez aplikację i ta twierdzi, że zły login albo hasło. Odinstalowałam i zainstalowałam, i nadal nic.

Unfortunately it’s not the first time i have had this problem. The app logs me out in random and doesn’t let me log me back. I tried changing me password, reconnecting to the internet, even restarting my phone. Nothing works. I really like starbucks but this is a bit too much for me. I hope they fix it soon.

zebrałam ze dwa razy już po 80 gwiazdek, a nie dostałam żadnego darmowego napoju, a powinnam dostać już dwa razy, tymczasem zbieram gwiazdki od nowa….. kiedyś było tak, ze kupony i punkty przychodziły z opóźnieniem, teraz w ogóle nie ma kuponów. mało tego na maila tez nie dostaje wiadomości o kuponie, wiec nie wiem czy to wina aplikacji czy całego systemu karty starbucks, ale trochę to niepoważne. dodam, ze od kilku lat mam tez złoty status.

Ogolnie apka dobrze działa ale od czasu do czasu pojawiają się błędy. Obecnie nie da się doładować karty żadną metodą. Proszę naprawicie.
