The option to transfer money from one card up another doesn’t work, has never worked, I have four cards all with less than the price of a coffee on them but no way to combine! Also there should be the option to use this app in Northern Ireland and U.K.

There is an option to transfer money from one card to another but it never works. So now I have a few cards with less than a price of a coffee on them that I can’t use. It should be easier to consolidate them or at least you should be allowed to use the remaining balance as part payment in store.

I think this app is really helpful! I thought all the instructions where really good and this app was not confusing to use… my only complaint was that I couldn’t pre-order my drink and had to q with my small 3 month old baby… I was so tired after a long night up with the crying baby that this did jot help the start of my day! Next time I’dlike to see that I can pre-order! Thanks

Delete a card, transfer balance between cards and adding balance to the card also does not work what is the app even good for?

The customising options have been removed. To order a hot americano it AUTOMATICALLY comes with oat creamer with no option to remove this. The option to add espresso shots to do drinks like frappachinos has been removed.

App is a bit laggy and would be nice if you could it to the Apple Watch

Great App overall but one feature is greatly missing, the option to add the membership card to Wallet. It’s just make everything more complicated when you need to quickly open your app and navigate to the membership card instead of just double click when your phone is locked.

Great app but this past week it doesn’t let me select any items to order for collection. Seems a lot of people are having the same issue.

Everytime i try to add money it says something went wrong I have to keep delete the app and download it again then it works
