As with the TRX company app, updates eventually disappear and you’re left doing the same exercises for years. Update the app, support your user base with new content, and I’ll go back to a 5 star review. But as of now, the creators laziness is unfortunately palpable. Update: Still no update.... Update: Really? All you did was change the name? Slime balls.

Love this app over TRX and the others out there... the only little thing I would add would be options for the voice prompts - adding a verbal cue to the next exercise, changing up the “half way” verbal prompts, changing voice to male/female (and maybe the model).

This app was exactly what I was looking for, at a fraction of the price of a TRX subscription. I think this is most beneficial if you know the fundamentals of using TRX (have taken a class or two with in-person instruction and understand basic form, how to adjust the strap length, how to put them in single handle mode, etc) but need a visual refresher on the exercises and variations. I love the ability to put together customized workouts - it allows me to plan before I hit the gym and then I'm much more efficient and keep my heart rate up while working through blocks without stopping to try to remember exercises (followed by the inevitable YouTube search on how to do them) on the fly.

The price point is a key reason I chose this over the official TRX app, the interface is good, very intuitive and simple, the last thing a workout needs to be is complicated.

I do wish the app would synchronize user made programs across devices, and separately that you could share them with friends who also use the app.

On an older phone, the videos would download and were a great tutorial for what to do and how to do it correctly. On an updated phone however, over 1/2 of the videos do not download or play. Very sad. This app was awesome and now is only 1/2 helpful!!! ☹️

### ****- "Great alternative to a monthly subscription for TRX"
I own TRX straps and love to use them. But I didn’t see the value in paying a monthly subscription to their app to get workout routines. This app is nice in that you can build your own routine. But they haven’t added any new exercises since I paid for it so that’s a bummer. Hopefully they will update and add additional exercises.
