Tried to use it today, app wouldn’t open. Missed out on 2,600 points. Waste of time.

Man this app has one of the worst issues with reloading. Every time I open it it says “reload” and doesn’t actually open the app. Eeekkk needs to be fixed

Nice being able to use an app to scan for rewards rather than carrying around a physical card

Like other reviewers, this app won’t open for me - this is a real shame as I found the Goody app always worked well. Would have liked to see the app work before it was launched - now I’ll miss out on points when I visit my local.

App is a big step backwards for loyal customers of group. Staff at venues don't know how to use it. Scanners at venues don't work. And I don't understand what credit/benefits I have now. Kapura and the Goody App were way better. Star Group needs to lift their game.
