Super easy to use!

Can be improved:
- increasing/decreasing time between sets without starting the clock (doesn’t work on my iphoneX)
- setting the work weight sometimes keeps a 0 as prefix (a bit annoying)
- timer notifications and alarm on the phone still rings after stopping, when the remaining time is less than 20 sec
