Please fix the app . Its just so buggy.

Multiple location not able to see all locations after upgrade. Called support said to bad until next update

The app shows valuable current information. The design is fine, it’s just obvious it’s not much of a priority. It still doesn’t fill the entire phone screen that changed 3 years ago. It’s latest version that fixed bugs in iOS 13 is actually worse and crashes more often. The info is great, but the app is not well developed or updated.

On last update Something went wrong. I normally can see all four car washes the amount of cars in the day and now I can only see 2 of the four car washes. Please help. L

Overall pleased with app. I’m curious why we do not see a forecast for the next day? If the forecast comes out the following day, why not give it out the night before to better prepare for the day? Not asking for a forecast 5 days down the road, just the next day forecasted around 9pm. Would be a huge help in a potential set up and not caught off guard.

App hasn’t been updated in a year. Consistently crashes when trying to reload data or if you move around the app too fast. Get with the times and update for iOS 11 and iPhone 8,Plus,X.

As was said in another review: the app is great and does exactly what it’s expected to do. An Apple Watch app would also come in handy. It would be even better and quicker to view the stats of your car wash. This and iPhone X capability would set this app apart from all other competitors.

I've been using this tool for a couple of years now. I too would find it useful on Apple Watch. But more importantly, the option to set custom alerts would be extremely beneficial. Similar to the overtime alert, the custom alerts would be based on user set labor %, sale $, car count, etc. Also, the ability to set up a work schedule and share it would be very helpful. -Oceans Car Wash

I love being able to see what we are at as far as wash count. But I would love to see an update for the Apple Watch. I have one and a bunch of my employees have them too. Please get an update for the Apple Watch

One of the reasons for having DRB Systems is we like having cutting edge technology. Please update and support the Apple Watch. It would be the greatest thing to have access to at least car counts & time clock available a wrist tap away!
