This idiot decided to take down the old better and FREE Instdown for this rubbish all in the name of money. What exactly are we paying for? Because you can’t see nothing, can’t see tags, can’t see followers just a big waste

Used to work and did what it said but hasn’t worked for about 3 months now, so I guess developer has abandoned it so DON’T buy!

I want a refund as the app states it will allow you to save story highlights but this doesn’t work!!! Terrible app and waste of money

the app does not work cant download story highlights like you could in the pass the app says users accounts are private but they are public, i have checked this on instagram. i also emailed the support centre for this app and have not received a response. the email address is from the apps help page- not very helpful. please can i have my money back awful experience with this app

It doesn’t download live. It also doesn’t show anything on the profile I’m trying to access, so I can’t even use the app for what it’s meant for. You only get the note that this isn’t meant for lives after you buy it. Don’t waste your money! I also see the developer of this app has comment on other comments to say this issue has been fixed. It hasn’t been. And I wasted my money because I believed that. My advice: 1. provide a clear description of what this app actually does and you wont have so many upset customers 2. Don’t say an issue is fixed when it isn’t

Please give me my money back ASAP. I wanted to save an Instagram story and it doesn’t work. You’ve stolen my money!

Such a great app, easy to use and very effective.

Great to use as it can help story memories. Well worth the purchase!
