StoryGraph: Reading Tracker

Let me preface this by saying that I love all the features the app has, and will continue to use the app in the future because of them. But… The app itself is bad, it seems just a webview pointing to they website, and you can tell. What I find even worse is that an app redesign or rewrite doesn’t even appear in the roadmap (unless it’s the offline mode, in which case you need to work on you marketing :) )

L’ho installata solo per avere una alternativa alla più nota app, in quanto pur essendo sul mercato da ANNI ha sempre la stessa grafica degli anni 2000, pochissime feature e semplicemente non è per nulla entusiasmante usarla… StoryGraph ha una grafica molto moderna, minimal ma carina! Ma soprattutto è ricca di sorprese; l’ho installata da poco ma soprattutto l’opzione buddy read l’ho trovata molto intelligente (condividere commenti su libri che si sta leggendo insieme ad altre persone senza rischi di fare spoiler) e le challenge sono impostate in modo davvero brillante! Per ora sto usando la versione gratuita ed è già eccellente, magari in futuro farò anche in plus :) hanno fatto (e stanno facendo) un ottimo lavoro

The best app to keep track of my reading habits and goals. I love all the suggestions and charts 📈

This is my favourite app ever. I cannot stop recommending it to people, seriously. It has a lot of graphics that track your reading habits, plus fun challenges and a fantastic way of reviewing books. Not only do I like it better than goodreads, it’s also owned by a black woman, while goodreads is amazon owned, so yay for supporting black women in business! The app is very active on social media and they share a lot of things about upcoming features etc. They even have polls to ask the user what we’d actually like, so I really feel listened to. I even got to chat a bit about books with them after I tagged them in a story - I really feel like the team behind the app loves what they do and really care about who uses the app. Loads of love for StoryGraph!

Been using this app for one year and it keeps getting better and better. There are tons of functionalities and stats that make you want to read more and it’s very easy to use. It works seamlessly on all devices and it’s very easy to import data from Goodreads. Since I’ve used this I have read a lot more and it’s probably because of the added motivation that seeing all the stats gives me and it’s also easy to find out new books or remember the ones you save since in the home page there is always a carousel of your tbr, recommended books and popular books.

Amazing app, full of interesting things, and absolutely great if you want to track your recent reads and save the books you want to read. There is a variety of options when it comes to their review and rating system, and it’s super easy and fun. Also if something is wrong, or missing they are always very quick to respond to your email and fix it, which I really appreciate. If I could ask for something to be added to the app though I would find very helpful for the app to have an option of making personal lists.

If you love reading, and you love graphs, this app is for you! The detailed insights it gives into what I read is awesome! It helps me diversify my reads & understand my reading habits. Setting goals is fun too! :)

I have been using this app for months and I love it. I have a kindle and I buy books from Amazon. But to be honest goodreads has nothing on this app. Goodreads is cluttered and messy whereas this app is clean and sharp. Also I like how it gives me a graph of the books I read and it’s very interesting!!The free version is amazing, and I like that we aren’t forced to pay for the premium version. I might pay for premium as I use it more. The app is amazing keep up the great work!!! I like supporting an independent business that isn’t owned by Amazon.

I was not great at tracking my reading on GoodReads but this app is so easy to use and kinda fun (in a nerdy way) that I am pretty religious about updating it. I used it for free for a long time but very recently switched to the paid version since I loved it already so much, and the paid version is everything. I love adding little tags as I read and creating new graphs (like spice level)

I absolutely love this app! It shows some really good breakdowns of the data, and I find it to be more user-friendly than a lot of other apps intended for the same use. I’m just eagerly awaiting a screen widget!
