I am writing to address a serious matter regarding a recent purchase I made at your store in Athens. Grigoriou Lambraki &, Vassileos Georgiou 134, Pireas 185 34 On Monday 12/02/2024, i paid with my card that end with 3508. I acquired a pair of black boots from your establishment with the expectation of receiving a quality product. However, the boots I received not only failed to meet basic standards of quality but also caused significant harm to my health. After wearing the boots just once, I experienced extreme discomfort and noticed that the material, purportedly false leather and lead to damage to my feet, resulting in discoloration and pain in my toenails. Furthermore, my attempts to clean the boots only exacerbated the situation, ultimately necessitating medical attention. I get a response from the customer service but no one helped me so I’m upset and despointed

I have ordered twice from this store and delivery waiting period was more than 1,5 month. My order was cancelled without notification and I received a message that I received an order that I never did. App crushes phone for customer support does not ring. Even the chat for customer support is buggy. I like the clothes but I only go to the store now
Το τηλέφωνο δεν λειτουργεί ποτέ. Κακιά εξυπηρέτηση πελατών μέσω αυτόματων μηνυμάτων ακόμα και σε email έψαχνα την παραγγελία μου δεν με εξυπηρετούσαν και π αριθμός παραγγελίας μου ήταν σε άλλο όνομα . Προσπαθούσα μια εβδομάδα με email να τους το πω καθώς όπως είπα δεν λειτουργεί το τηλέφωνο κι αυτοί έστελναν συνέχεια την ίδια απάντηση με καθυστέρηση εννοείται.

This app (as well as Pull & Bear) has bugs. You simply choose the size of the product that you want to buy that is AVAILABLE for the time being and once it is in your cart, it says it’s not available. I’ve tried that with all the other sizes that were available that significant moment and the same thing happened. I’ve done the same action multiple times during multiple days. Luckily, you have sometimes the option of getting notified once the product you want is back in stock so that you have the chance to buy it immediately and not miss it again. BUT guess what… I have typed my email several times just so I can get notified for the product that I’m interested in and have gone immediately in the app to purchase it and it’s IMMEDIATELY gone. This is sure a false alarm. I get notified for nothing. It only says sometimes that it’s out of stock 5-10 minutes after I have tried to add the product in the cart. It’s a bad app. Please fix it. Also when a product is out of stock online, it should be necessary to have the option to check if it’s available in the store that you want. When an online product is out of stock, you cannot even check if the size that you want is available in stores. You can only check if the sizes that are available online, are also available in stores. There is no phone in stores for Stradivarius, so you can’t call and ask the employees there for the availability in each store. The only phone number that exists is the online chat that can’t know the availability in stores, and even if they did, it’s not an 24/7 customer service so they can only help you until 6 in the afternoon (if I’m not mistaken). The only way for you to ask if a product in the size needed is available is to go to a store. It’s sad how this app is so poorly designed compared to the other Inditex Apps like Zara and Bershka (which work perfectly fine and have good customer service).
The app gets stuck all the time, doesn’t let you finish an order with ease. Other than that pretty good. Lovely selection of things and easy to navigate in the app.
Καλησπέρα. Προσπάθησα να κάνω πέντε φορές την παραγγελία μου, καθώς εμφανιζόταν μήνυμα πως έχω εξαντλημένα τεμάχια και πρέπει να τα αφαιρέσω, ενώ φαίνονταν όλα διαθέσιμα. Κάποια στιγμή απλώς έγινε αποδοχή. Δημιουργείται κακή εμπειρία χρήστη. Ευχαριστώ!
