No idea what’s going on with settings anymore
App mostly functions but the settings now makes no sense at all. I don’t understand how to remove or add an archived task - apps just disappear when you click them? Very frustrating.

This app has genuinely been such a lifestyle game-changer for me. The ease of use and interface is exceptional, it’s entirely programmable to your own world and schedule but not in an overwhelming way. Anyone who has the tendency for adhd-like trends and challenges such as time management, motivation to begin tasks, remembering to take care of yourself when life gets busy… this is for you. Honestly, first product review I’ve ever left and I did it entirely unprompted; speaks volumes about how much I rate this app. If it were to ever stop running my life would be dramatically affected. I rely on it massively!
I’m on iPhone 15 Pro and Apple Watch Series 10, if I complete a habit on the phone it does not reflect on the watch. You also can’t undo an accidental completion on the watch.
Perfect routine app with a lot of options. Interactive widgets. Connection with Health. Up to 16 goals. But does not have a good way to view all goals progress / percentages / weekly progress or track it in a wholesome way. Only total % and month % available which is not very useful to micromanage. Excellent app otherwise, especially for its price!
The Streaks app offers a fantastic concept for habit tracking, but its execution falls short. Synchronisation between the Apple Watch, iPhone, and Mac is frustratingly unreliable. Tasks completed on the Apple Watch frequently fail to update on other devices, and activity ring progress doesn’t show correctly on the watch. Likewise Mac or iPhone to the watch. This is particularly disappointing given that iCloud sync is enabled on all devices, background app refresh is on, and the devices are connected to fast, reliable Wi-Fi. Considering the small amount of data being transferred when a task is completed, the sync issues are difficult to excuse. Support was unhelpful, even infering they don’t have an Apple Watch for testing. While the idea is solid, the app's poor sync and lack of refinement make it hard to recommend in its current state.

I don’t know what happened in version 10, but I’m only getting notifications to remind me of tasks every three days, causing me to miss completing them and then break my streak.
Useful app that wasn’t too expensive or had a subscription. I can’t remember things easily so I wanted a way to add reminders to my phone so that they would remind me all day and count different meditations etc using the Dynamic Island and Lock Screen as a permanent reminder. Unfortunately while this app does seem to use the Dynamic Island it (as far as I can tell) is only if you are currently running a time based Streak that has a timer that has actually been started. You can’t manually choose to keep a reminder or a none time based Streak in the Dynamic Island or in a persistent notification to remind yourself throughout the day. The lock screen medication countdowns are useful ie so I can see that I have 3 of 4 tablets left today etc but it’s a bit annoying having multiple and not being able to specify which ones I want to see and when. I found a slight workaround that involves using different pages for different streaks and then hiding the ones that I don’t need to see so that they won’t show on my Lock Screen or in widgets etc, but I think that’s more annoying than just being able to use a menu option to exclude certain Streaks from your screen. Same goes for manually updating ones with multiple sections throughout the day like if I forgot to log 3 tablets then why I can’t just manually set the amount instead of having to manually press it for each missed time, which is even more annoying when you make a mistake and have to go through even more unnecessary steps to undo and then redo it all again… I really hope this is possible in a future update because it seems easy enough to do considering the current settings allow for certain Streaks that persist on your screen, widgets, notifications and in the Dynamic Island but you get little control over how and when and which are shown without hiding them completely. Despite this I still found the widgets useful and visual enough that they work as great reminders throughout the day and useful logs over time and I can quickly visualise how many tablets I have taken / are remaining and see it on my Apple Watch. I love the Shortcuts integration too which fit right into an existing Shortcut I had made to log medication. Before I had struggled to find a way to log my total daily dose and then to count down every time I logged a tablet and some days I take more which other apps couldn’t handle without ruining the daily amount but Streaks can. What an amazing app, especially for addictive personalities. This app came into my life at the right time, but I do wish I found it sooner. Go for your goals and dreams through habits practiced every day and keep track of them here.
Once you’re up and running (which doesn’t take long to figure out) Streaks is a simple, satisfying and for me extremely effective way to start forming new habits, or remembering to do something. I’ve played more guitar since downloading streaks 3 weeks ago than I have in the previous 3 years… and I’ve remembered to take my vitamins! Highly recommended, coming from someone who tries to limit screen time as much as possible.
