This is rubbish don’t use. It takes so long for payment to be made to you and there is no reason why. There is nobody to talk to either

I can’t BELIEVE how slow you guys are to pay out! What kind of service is this? How do people actually run their business with stripe as their payment service?! I was told payout would be 7 days later. The following Friday. That was already appalling news to me. But fine. Wait til Friday. Friday comes along, the money’s not in my bank. I check my stripe, ‘estimated payout Monday 17’ wtf. So I wait till Monday,o day comes around, no money in my bank. I check stripe again to see what’s going on, it’s updated to ‘estimated payout Tuesday 18’ wtf?! Today is Tuesday. Tuesday evening, still no money. I check stripe. Guess what? ‘Estimated payout Wednesday 19’ absolute BS. I’m so mad that THIS is the service that Xero recommends?! Unbelievable. Not planning on using this service ever again.

Leaving stripe as their customer service is horrible, having be trying to work with them for months and it is hopeless. I’ve been using strip for over 5years and moving to are more customer friendly provider. Very disappointed

After 7 days, the money has not credited yet. Frustrated

Since the forced PIN code update. It’s slow. Please fix. Or let us not use Face ID.

I have a small online business and my payment option for customers was originally Palpal. I was continually frustrated with them delaying payments due to verification etc. I switched to Stripe - now wishing I had done this so much sooner. The app is great and user friendly. It’s almost like set and forget. No need to go in and transfer your balance over as it’s done automatically. No additional fees if it’s a smaller amount being transferred. Fees are taken out at the time and you know exactly what you’ll receive and when. 🖤🤍🖤
