Filters for specific seat types do not work correctly and will lead you to buy the wrong tickets. Stubhub will then provide no support and leave you stuck with tickets you didn’t want. And the fact that this app has a 4.7 rating with so many bad reviews is a scam in itself. Avoid.

Purchase tickets and had them in my apple wallet. They then switched to invalid just a few hours before the hockey game had to buy new tickets. Costumer support said they did not receive any contact from before the game so they would not issue a refund. Costumer support was called before the game but unable to get through in time. Emailing costumer support after and they were useless.

I sold tickets through this platform over a month ago and still haven’t received my payment. I’ve been reaching out to customer service almost every week, and every time I get the same response: they say they will escalate my case, but nothing ever changes. Each escalation just means I’m asked to wait another week, adding more delays without any resolution.

It’s clear that customer service doesn’t really care about their customers or resolving issues. They seem to do the bare minimum, and the lack of accountability is incredibly frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this service if you value timely payments or responsive support.

Compré dos entradas para ver a Franco Escamilla hoy en Montreal, no podía asistir y decidí vender a mi primo pero me fue imposible transferir las entradas, me contacté demasiadas veces a atención al cliente por chat, email y teléfono pero jamás me dieron solución, me dijeron que espere un correo una hora entes del evento para cambiar de sitio las entradas o tener un reembolso, faltan 15 minutos y aún no recibo nada, la última persona con la que hablé un tal Sebastián me dio un pésimo servicio, al final ni me cambiaron y eso que pagué el plan protector, si fuera mi elección yo no usaría esta aplicación ni este pésimo servicio que recibí.

One star is 100 too many. I would never use StubHub again. Tickets never arrived even though I checked in with customer service and then all of a sudden I get an email saying you have no tickets. Completely unreliable!

I bought tickets for my son and I two hours before the game last saturday. I receive tickets for december 5 game and could get the good tickets in time. The only thing stubhub did was to refund the day after. 

Now I have a sad son who thinks his father can’t deliver as promess. I will need to pay a lot more to go to a different game because this saturday was really cheap. 

Very bad management for any problem client can encounter.

My account is linked to my google account, which is a login option online. When I try to login on the app, there is no option for the google linked account. When I try and login with my email and password I get an error. In summary, there is a gap in login options between the online and app platforms.

I will personally never use stubhub again. I purchased floor seat tickets to an nba game, the seller sent them to me and then canceled the transfer. Stubhub and AXS didn’t assist at all. 3k lost and no one is accountable. Use Vivid seats, they verify their sellers.

Their interface is terrible, hard to understand if your tickets are posted, when and if your tickets have sold.

I posted my tickets, they disappeared I reposted, and then find out they’ve been over sold and StubHub foot me which the bill for extra tickets. So I both lost my tickets and had to paid stub hub top of that when I should have been receiving money. This company is a scam just check the reviews and the better business bureau and the many lawsuits against them for deceptive business practices. Apple should ban this app.
