App just straight up doesn’t work half the time. Had to click through several tickets to get to the end and have them say they were already bought and no longer available. And then I finally get tickets but the app is frozen now and won’t let me go back to view them. ITS 2024 GUYS HOW HAVE WE NOT FIGURED IT OUT YET???
I bought tickets to a concert that was cancelled a month ago and have still received no refund. Customer service is absolutely useless and disconnects you for no reason. How is this company still in business?
Never received communication from seller. Stubhub did nothing but tell me they are just the middle man and nothing they can do. They paid the seller without delivery so couldnt reverse. Never received my tickets. Terrible company and customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!
It is a great App but. It Needs more Work The perks Is Not Working At All

The fees are ridiculous $400 per ticket?!? and they make you enter your credit card info before they give you your actual total. This is just price gouging and misleading.
I never received my parking tickets I paid for so I ended up just buying it there. I called after the game for a refund and they wouldn’t give it to me even though I never got the ticket. Also I paid 37$ for a ticket that cost me 13 to just buy it there.
Paid nearly $700 for two tickets to a show in San Francisco. Anyone else try to sell their ticket through the app and get stuck with a loading wheel? I tried to sell them multiple times, multiple days before and it wasn’t an option, because they were only available to me the DAY OF the show. And by then, I didn’t have service. Contacted customer service agent via chat, they asked me for receipts of the emergency since “there are no refunds on StubHub,” but still want to have that personal information. Meanwhile, I’m trying to get these receipts and the agent ends the chat before I can relay them back. Super safe to say that I’ll never be using StubHub again. I’ve heard the horror stories but never thought I’d have an issue. But no one expects to have a family emergency, or that you can’t be at least credited for with, when it was a $650 purchase. Don’t waste your money y’all. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.
I bought tickets to a cardinals dodgers game months before the game was supposed to happen. I was told I would get my tickets before the event and not to worry. I waited un til it was one hour until the start of my event and I still did not have my tickets. I contacted Customer Support and they informed they didn’t have my tickets. They offered me new tickets but they were terrible seats. I ended up just going to stub hub and buying tickets from them. If your not going to give me my tickets at least tell me before the game starts in an hour. I advise you to not use StubHub.
