A great app to help people who may want to know how to help someone they are worried for. A great signposting app that leads to lots of other useful sights.

This app is perfect for anyone who is concerned about their feelings and worries or someone else's! Please have a look and encourage friends and family to look at it. It's so important that people know the truth about suicide and how to help those whose lives have been affected by it.

This app is great, I have shared it with a colleague who's son lost a friend to suicide. It provided a great insight to the topic and was used to start a conversation with him.

Easy to navigate with a number of helpful links and phone numbers. Also informative tool for employers who have staff suffering from depression or mental illnesses and could help reduce the stigma and barriers around such topics. Worth sharing and promoting!
