Violent rates
Please look into your algorithm on violent procs. The rates are just so high. Watching SWC to see multiple procs after procs is insane.
Poor customer service
contacted customer service due to hive account lost password. came to find out an unfamiliar email was used to recover password. even though i provided all account details beside the email that was not mine, they refused to give account details/password back, they said account cannot be retrieved due to long period of last access (did not get to play for a while due to life’s circumstances). so basically make sure you have all your details saved coz if you don’t, all the money you spent on this game is basically down the drain as customer service will not help you.

Been playing this game for around six years and it was worth every single second this game is one of the best games I’ve ever played
It’s a fun game
I like summoner games and this one delivers ESPECIALLY during this Tekken event I’m having fun for sure!
Is blessing count bugged?
SW is a good game but I have a complaint because I originally had one blessing in reserve until I bought a transendence pack for tekken collab and it removed one of my original blessings so I had the only blessing that came with the pack. Ps I though I was gonna have two blessings
Dev team is a joke
Game is so stale and boring. Hey, here’s the 900th collab—but no new fun game forms. Like, why can’t we get a PvPvE mode where each team clears a wave, then invades the other team? Have 4 modes: CPU vs. player, unranked, and then ranked—so players build defense teams, and then the horrible in-game AI slaps itself in the mouth while it loses. Then the same setup for live play. There are 4 game modes: here’s 1 game mode with 3 ladders, kind of like Mertlekermbert. You could have a tower to climb with rankings generated by players’ rankings in their respective rankings. If you’re the top dog in your pool, you have to fight your way up, and if you hold that spot for 24 hours by climbing higher and higher, you stay at that spot. You can have 3 different tiers repping different pools with different levels of AI, and the final tower is again all live play. I mean, c’mon guys—it’s not hard. We need so much more, especially the whales who fund this game. I hate getting clapped by them, but they deserve their spots—they fund this game. Fix it before it dies. Also, why don’t we get an ego/vanity ranking system to the monster reviews? And when people view your toons, they can updoot them if people like the build. Who cares if the build sucks—most do—but it gives the whales more of an ego boost. Great! Another lazy, GLITCHED, trashy update. Super awesome — having my team reduced to a single member in your dumb arcade game, even though it shows my entire team is queued up! GREAT JOB!! NOBEL PRIZE-WORTHY UPDATE!!!
W game
All around good game, while the rates dont often favor and the game proves to be p2w it is still an overall good game while stars wont be ducted for this Feedback i do believe that the collab mons should be more obtainable as often 5 star collab mons are impossible without money
There’s a lot of depth
I have played this game off and on for years now. You don’t have to purchase anything. You’ll gain the in game currency at a fair rate. The progression guide is great. The maxing and leveling of characters isn’t excessive. And eventually you realize there is a lot of depth to this game. Overall the best one to do what it does.
I love the game but…
It will not let me play I tapped on it and it says checking for updates and then it says tap to start and I tapped it 50 times and it won’t work,so if you are reading this please fix it,but I do love the game
